Agreement to these Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of ResizeSetGo, including the website, browser-local image tools, documentation, and related features. By using ResizeSetGo, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, your remedy is to stop using the service.

What ResizeSetGo does

ResizeSetGo helps you resize, crop, compress, convert, and export images in your browser. The current product is a static website with browser-local processing. During ordinary image processing, ResizeSetGo does not receive, store, or review your image files, previews, filenames, embedded metadata, generated outputs, or ZIP downloads.

The website still loads ordinary site assets from hosting infrastructure, and hosting or security providers may process request information such as IP address, user agent, requested URL, and timestamps. Our privacy practices are described in the Privacy Policy and Cookie and Storage Notice.

File ownership and privacy

You keep all rights to the images you choose to process and to the output files generated from them. You are responsible for making sure you have the right to use, modify, download, and share any files you process with ResizeSetGo.

You are responsible for reviewing downloaded files before publishing, uploading, or relying on them. Destination platforms can change their size, format, metadata, accessibility, and quality requirements, and ResizeSetGo does not guarantee that an output will satisfy any third-party platform or legal requirement.

Prohibited uses

You agree not to use ResizeSetGo to:

• violate any law, regulation, contract, or third-party right;
• process or distribute content you do not have the right to use;
• create, store, or distribute malicious code, malware, or harmful files;
• interfere with, overload, scan, or attack the service or related infrastructure;
• attempt to bypass rate limits, security controls, consent controls, or access restrictions;
• misrepresent ResizeSetGo outputs as preserving all metadata, quality, color, or platform compatibility.

External links and third-party services

ResizeSetGo may link to third-party websites or mention third-party platform requirements. We do not control those websites, services, requirements, or policies. You use third-party services under their own terms.

ResizeSetGo may use providers for hosting, security, analytics, advertising, email, or other operational needs. Optional analytics and advertising are controlled through privacy choices where required.

ResizeSetGo intellectual property

ResizeSetGo, the Resize. Set. Go. wordmark, the website design, product copy, software, workflows, and related materials are owned by ResizeSetGo or its licensors. You may use the service for personal or internal business image preparation, but you may not copy, resell, frame, sublicense, or operate the service as a competing hosted product without permission.

Service changes and access

We may update, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of ResizeSetGo at any time. We may also restrict access if we reasonably believe use of the service violates these Terms, creates risk for the service or others, or is unlawful.

Disclaimer of warranties

ResizeSetGo is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We try to keep the service useful and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, support for every browser or file type, or continued availability of any specific workflow, preset, or output option.

Image processing involves tradeoffs. Compression, conversion, resizing, cropping, metadata stripping, browser decoding, and browser encoding may change file size, visual quality, transparency, color rendering, metadata, or compatibility. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ResizeSetGo and its owners, operators, employees, contractors, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, loss of data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, replacement services, or failed third-party uploads.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ResizeSetGo's total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the greater of 100 USD or the amount you paid to ResizeSetGo for the service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these limits may not apply to you.

Copyright and rights

You may not use ResizeSetGo to process, publish, or distribute content that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights. Because ResizeSetGo normally processes images locally in your browser, we do not monitor image contents or host your processed image files.

Future paid features

The current launch version does not require an account and does not include paid subscriptions. If we add accounts, paid features, APIs, cloud processing, support plans, or integrations, those features may be subject to additional terms presented at the time of use or purchase.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of ResizeSetGo after an update means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the place where the operator of ResizeSetGo is based, unless applicable law requires otherwise. If a legal matter relating to ResizeSetGo is brought before a court, the appropriate venue will be the courts located where the operator is based, unless applicable law or consumer protection rules require another venue.
